Clinical Reasoning in PTA Students: A Survey of PTA Program Directors

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the perspectives program directors CAPTE accredited physical therapist assistant (PTA) educational programs on clinical reasoning (CR) in PTA students and applicability Integrated Clinical Education Theory (ICET) through exploratory research. Methods: Participants completed a survey that collected information about demographics directors’ qualities concepts ICET. Descriptive statistics directed content analysis were used participants’ responses Likert scale questions open-ended questions, respectively.
